1. About this policy

Hardcore ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent app and game studio. This policy covers our official website and communications you send to us, including questions about our apps and games.

Individual apps, games, and distribution platforms may provide additional privacy notices describing their specific features and data practices. Please review those notices when using the relevant service.

2. Information we handle

• Information you provide. When you contact us, we receive your email address, the name you use, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. Please do not include passwords, payment credentials, or other sensitive information that is not needed to resolve your request.
• Connection information. When you visit our website, service providers process your IP address and basic request information to deliver the website, maintain its security, and prevent misuse.

You can browse our website without creating an account. The website does not currently offer account registration, collect payment details, or use advertising trackers or optional audience analytics.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide support, investigate reported problems, protect our services, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use support messages for unrelated advertising.

4. Sharing and service providers

We use service providers to operate our website and handle communications. They process information needed to perform those services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to respond to lawful requests, address fraud or security threats, or protect legal rights.

Service providers may process information outside your country of residence, where data protection rules may differ. Applicable legal requirements govern such processing and transfers.

5. Retention and security

We retain correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your request. Once it is no longer needed, we delete it unless a legal obligation or an unresolved dispute requires further retention. Connection records are retained according to the service providers' operational and security retention periods.

We take reasonable care to protect information we handle. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to restrict its use, subject to applicable law. Contact b1zz.hardcore@gmail.com with enough information to identify your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why. For an account or information held by an app store or another independent platform, please also use that platform's privacy controls or support channels.

7. Cookies and external services

Our website does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies or store tracking data in your browser. Following an external link or using your email application takes you to services governed by their own privacy policies.

8. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The current version and its effective date will be posted here. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.

9. Cat Hide and Seek for Android

This section also applies to our Android game 숨은 고양이 찾기 (Cat Hide and Seek), package com.spottedgame.cathideandseek, published by Dottibloom (formerly KHardcore). The game is free to download, includes interstitial advertising at completed explorations, and offers an optional one-time purchase to remove those ads. It does not provide account registration, chat, or user uploads.

Game information and purposes

Exploration progress, discovered objects, best times, and sound preferences are stored on your device so you can continue playing. Depending on your device settings, the operating system may include app data in device backups. Clearing app data removes the local copy; uninstalling or changing devices may affect your progress.

Our analytics and reliability services process app installation identifiers, device and operating-system details, app version, launch and gameplay events, update-check results, crash logs, and diagnostic information. We use this information to understand game usage, check version compatibility, diagnose faults, and improve performance. We do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, microphone, or precise device location as part of gameplay.

Advertising and service providers

Google provides advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and configuration services for this game through AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Remote Config. Advertising services may collect and share IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from the IP address), device or advertising identifiers, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads, detect fraud, and maintain security. Ad personalization depends on applicable consent and device settings. Refusing an ad-related choice or an unavailable ad does not prevent the basic game from continuing.

These services process data on Google infrastructure, which may be outside your country. Read Google's Privacy Policy, Firebase privacy information, and Google's advertising information for their practices and controls. We do not add your support correspondence or a direct personal identifier to gameplay events or crash reports. Network transfers by these services use encrypted connections.

Google Play handles optional ad-removal payments. We receive the product identifier, purchase status, and purchase token needed to apply and restore the non-consumable entitlement. We do not receive your card number or payment credentials. The purchase is linked to your Google Play account; successful purchase queries can restore the benefit, and refunds or revocations may remove it. Purchase tokens are not included in analytics events or crash logs.

The production Firebase Analytics app is linked to AdMob. Analytics usage and monetization data, including in-app purchase events, may be shared with AdMob to measure and improve app monetization. AdMob ad-revenue data may also be available in Analytics. This link does not send your payment credentials or purchase tokens to analytics.

Retention, deletion, and choices

Local game data is retained until you clear it or remove the app, subject to operating-system backup settings. Analytics data is retained under the linked analytics property's retention settings; crash and configuration data follow the relevant provider's service retention periods. Some aggregated reports and records required for security or legal obligations may be retained separately.

You can review available ad-consent choices using 광고 개인정보 설정 in the game and reset or delete your advertising ID through Android's privacy settings. There is no game account to delete. For access or deletion requests concerning information we control, contact b1zz.hardcore@gmail.com with the game name and enough non-sensitive information to identify your request. We will explain any technical limits to identifying installation-based information. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, or your advertising ID by default.

10. Meow Pop! / 냥이 콩콩 for Android

This section applies to 냥이 콩콩 (Meow Pop!), package com.spottedgame.catwhack, published by Dottibloom (formerly KHardcore). This casual game has no account registration, chat, user uploads, or cash rewards. Best scores, tutorial progress, selected theme, sound, and vibration preferences are stored on your device and may be included in Android device backups.

Google AdMob provides interstitial advertising between rounds and optional rewarded ads for continuing a round. Advertising services may collect and share IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from IP), device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostics for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and security. Available consent choices depend on your region and device. When applicable, use 광고 개인정보 설정 in the game to review your choices. You can also use Android advertising ID controls. Unavailable ads do not prevent basic play.

Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Remote Config process installation identifiers, device and operating-system information, app version, gameplay events and scores, update-check results, crashes, and diagnostics to measure usage, improve reliability, and check version compatibility. We do not request your name, contacts, photos, microphone, or precise device location for gameplay. We do not include email addresses, purchase tokens, or payment credentials in analytics or crash logs.

Google Play processes the optional, non-consumable No Ads purchase. The app queries product identifiers, purchase status, and purchase tokens to apply, acknowledge, and restore the entitlement. We do not receive your card number or payment credentials. The purchase removes automatic interstitial ads and unlocks the Strawberry Milk cosmetic theme; optional rewarded ads remain available. Successful Play purchase queries restore benefits, and refunds or revoked purchases may remove them.

These Google services use encrypted network connections and may process data outside your country. See Google's Privacy Policy, Firebase privacy information, and Google's advertising information. Local data remains until cleared or removed, subject to device backups. Analytics and diagnostic data follow the relevant Google service and property retention settings. Aggregated reports and records required for security or legal obligations may be retained separately.

There is no game account to delete. Clear app storage to remove local progress and preferences. Meow Pop / 냥이 콩콩 on Toss

This notice applies to the 냥이 콩콩 mini-app, app name catwhack, operated by 비즈 (b1zz) within Toss. It is separate from the Android game's Google advertising and payment services described above.

The mini-app uses an anonymous app identifier and stores daily mission participation, claimed rewards, best scores, and sound and vibration preferences using app storage. This information supports saved progress, daily mission resets, and duplicate-claim checks. The current test build does not invoke Toss Login or request your name, email, phone number, contacts, or precise location. Configuring a login consent screen does not itself sign you in or transfer profile information to us.

We use Toss analytics to understand gameplay and where players stop or return. Events include mini-app entry, advertising requests and outcomes, round starts and results, pig appearances and catches, difficulty changes, rewarded continuation, point claim attempts and results, leaderboard actions, and background or return activity. Details include game-stage labels, counts, scores, play durations, reward amounts, and test or live channel. Toss automatically associates events with its anonymous identifier; we do not add names, contact details, payment credentials, or raw error messages. Analytics supports gameplay and reliability improvements and follows Toss platform privacy controls.

When enabled, Toss provides in-app advertising and point promotions. A reward request includes the promotion code and reward amount; Toss processes the participant identification and payment result within its platform. Test promotion codes and the development experience mode do not award actual Toss points. We do not receive your card number or payment credentials. Toss separately processes platform, advertising, and reward records under its own notices and privacy controls.

App progress remains in app storage until reset or removed, subject to Toss storage behavior. Platform promotion and transaction records may remain subject to Toss retention rules and applicable law. For access, correction, or deletion requests concerning information we control, contact b1zz.hardcore@gmail.com and identify the mini-app and your request. Please do not send passwords or authentication tokens. We will explain any limits to identifying anonymous app records.

11. Where Is Kitty? / 어디 숨었냥? in Apps in Toss

This notice applies to the Apps in Toss mini-app 어디 숨었냥?, app name cathideandseek, previously named 숨은 고양이 찾기. Game progress, daily mission counts, claimed-reward flags, settings, and an anonymous platform identifier are stored using the platform's app storage or local device storage to resume play and track mission progress. Clearing stored data may remove these records.

The mini-app uses Toss platform services for advertising and promotional Toss point rewards. When you request a reward, the mini-app sends the relevant promotion code and reward amount through the platform; Toss processes the request under its own applicable terms and privacy notices. We do not receive payment credentials, contact lists, precise location, or identity documents through this reward flow. The Android game's Google advertising, analytics, and purchase features described above do not apply to this mini-app build.

We use Toss analytics to understand where players stop or return. Events cover app entry, advertising requests, exploration and scene progress, point reward attempts and results, and background/return activity. Event details include game stage identifiers, counts, durations, reward amounts, and the live or test channel. Toss automatically associates events with its anonymous identifier. We do not add names, contact details, document images, or error message contents to these events. Analytics supports gameplay and reliability improvements and is subject to Toss platform privacy controls.

The current game does not require a separate game account or request name, email, phone number, gender, date of birth, or CI through Toss Login. Any future login or additional data collection will be described before it is enabled. Support messages are handled as described in this policy.
